When will my Order Ship
After your payment is verified, it could take up to 72 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, it is very likely your order will ship the following week.

What is your warranty policy?
We value our customers. And we want to show that in as many ways as we see fit. We’re therefore providing warranty and support for all our products. The warranty we currently maintain on our products is: 2 years guaranteed. Please do keep in mind that our warranty only counts if the product arrives faulty, or breaks without damage done by a third party. Meaning that if you break it yourself, or did something to it that would cause problems, you cannot use our warranty policy.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
Are you in cooperation with other manufacturers?
We are! We are working with another manufacturer. Why? Because we want to offer our customers and fans the best quality we can possibly offer. But that is not a easy thing to do. So we’ve decided to up the manufacturing power. Meaning that we got a big crew behind us, making sure that our quality is superb!
